How do I sign up for class or appointments?

We use a scheduling system called Mindbody to handle our class, workshop, and appointment enrollments. You might have heard of it before, or used it at another studio. The easiest way to book will be navigating through the booking widgets on our site. The first time you enroll for a service you will be asked to create an account.

Can I show up to class without pre-registering?

Yes! You can absolutely drop-in to class, but it does make it easier for our teachers if you can pre-register online. Pre-registering also ensures you a spot in practice for that session

How do I put myself on a cancelation list for last minute therapy openings?

Email info@bowsanctuary.com and let us know what you are looking for and the best way to contact you. We will put you on the list and reach out if something becomes available.

Do same day appointments show up on the online scheduling platform on the website?

No, they do not. To allow our therapists to best plan their day, online bookings close 24 hours before appointment times. That is not to say there are no openings or that we cannot get you in. What is your cancellation policy

Payment for treatments are processed at the time of your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled online free of charge outside of 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, rescheduling and canceling must be done by calling or emailing and may incur a $50 fee. No shows will automatically be charged the $50 fee to their card on file. These policies are in place to honor the time and energy our therapist give to hold space for each session.

For movement classes, payments are processed at time of booking. Cancel/reschedule anytime up until the start of class for a full refund.

Workshop cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Because space is limited and our instructors work hard to bring you this workshop, typically workshops are non-refundable.

How do I see what I've signed up for?

The easiest way is to login to your Bow Sanctuary MindBody account by clicking "login | register" just under the Bow Sanctuary logo on the home page of our website. Once logged in, you can click “schedule” to see what you are registered for and make adjustments if needed. You can also view your schedule from the MindBody App on your phone.

I’ve used MB at other studios can I use the same login?

No. Each login for each studio using Mindbody requires a unique login. In addition to that, Mindbody has their own app you can download onto your phone. This App will have it's very own login in addtion to whatever login you have used for Bow Sanctuary and other studios around your area.

So should I use the Mindbody App?

Up to you! Our Bow Sanctuary account is synced with the Mindbody App so you can view you schedule and book new sessions right through the Mindboy App. If you are someone who typically books using their phone, I would recommend checking out the Mindbody App through your app store.

I have an issue with my account or billing, what should I do?

You can always relay the information to our friendly staff, or give us a call at 360-399-1644. Our technical team monitors our email, info@bowsanctuary.com, and would be the best place to start, we do our best to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
