How do I sign up for classes or appointments?

We use the Mindbody scheduling system for our class, workshop, and appointment enrollments. You might have heard of it before, or used it at another studio. The easiest way to book is to navigate through the booking widgets on our site. The first time you enroll for a class or treatment you will be asked to create a new account. This is actually a Mindbody account, and you can use it to book with any other facility that uses Mindbody. For more information on Mindbody accounts visit their FAQs linked below

Can I show up to class without pre-registering?

Yes! You can absolutely drop-in to class, but it does make it easier for our teachers if you pre-register online. Pre-registering also ensures you a spot in case the class reaches maximum enrollment. If the class is full, and you have not pre-registered, you will not be able to join the class. And that’s sad.

How do I put myself on a cancelation list for last minute therapy openings?

Email info@bowsanctuary.com and let us know what you are looking for and the best way to contact you. We will put you on the list and reach out if something becomes available.

Do same day appointment openings show up when booking online?

No, they do not. To allow our therapists to best plan their day, online bookings close 24 hours before appointment times. That is not to say there are no openings or that we cannot get you in. If you are looking for same day appointment options, please call/text or send us an email

What is your cancellation policy?

Treatments:

A credit card is required to make an appointment and payments are processed upon check-out. There is no charge to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours preceding the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment price. No shows are no good, and will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment. The credit card on file will be charged at time of the missed appointment.

Movement Classes:

Payment for the pricing option chosen for enrollment in class (single class, punch pass, membership, etc.) is processed upon enrollment. Cancel anytime up until the start of class online and your pricing option is kept as a credit on your account. If you would like a refund instead of a credit please call or or email us. 


Workshops:

Payment for workshops are processed at time of registration. Because space is limited and our instructors work hard to bring you this workshop, these are non-refundable. Cancellation due to illness or emergencies will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Sauna:

A credit card is required to pre-book a session and payments are processed upon check-in. There is no charge to cancel or reschedule your session up to 12 hours preceding the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of your session will be charged the drop-in price. No-shows will be charged drop-in price, this applies to members who miss their pre-booked sessions as well. This is to insure space is available for all to enjoy the sauna.

Memberships:

Payment is run immediately for your first months membership. After, payment will be processed again 30 days from payment date. We do not refund payments that have been run. You can cancel your membership at any time using the link below. Navigate to ‘my info’ and choose ‘account’, scroll down ‘autopays’ and click ‘terminate’ next to your contract.

Cancel membership

If you require assistance canceling your membership please email/text/call and we can cancel for you, we just ask for 48hrs notice prior to your auto payment date. We do not offer refunds for autopayments that have already gone through.

How do I cancel?

As long as it is more than 24 hours before your treatment, you can cancel online. From our homepage click “Login | Register” just below our logo. Log in using your credentials then click “Schedule”, you may cancel from there. Classes can be canceled anytime using the same method up to the instant the class starts.

For a late cancellation of treatments (within 24 hours of appointment) or for canceling enrollment in a workshop, please call or text us.

Do pre-purchased services expire?

Yes! All prepaid services such as gift cards, punch passes, treatment packs, etc. expire 1 year after purchase date.

Can I use a gift card for any service?

Yes! We've created gift cards in increments that match our pricing to help you pick the prefect gift, but that gift card code can be applied to any service, and even Bow Sanctuary swag!

How do I see what I've signed up for?

The easiest way is to login to your Bow Sanctuary MindBody account is by clicking "login | register" just under the Bow Sanctuary logo on the home page of our website. Once logged in, you can click “schedule” to see what you are registered for and to make adjustments if needed. You can also view your schedule from the MindBody App on your phone.

I’ve used MB at other studios can I use the same login?

Yes! Most studios now are using updated versions of Mindbody which means you are creating 1 account with them, and all us little guys will be linked directly to your Mindbody account

So should I use the Mindbody App?

Up to you! Our Bow Sanctuary account is synced with the Mindbody App so you can view you schedule and book new sessions right through the Mindbody App. If you are someone who typically books using their phone, we recommend checking out the Mindbody App through your app store.

I have an issue with my account or billing, what should I do?

Email is the best place to start. Our technical team monitors our email daily and we do our best to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can always relay the information to our friendly staff in person, or give us a call.

Mindbody is experiencing a technical error that is causing some clients to receive an error upon checking out and purchasing their items online. If you receive this error try the following things

1. If using a card on file, try removing that card and re-adding it
2. Try clearing your browser cache (see support artivle below)
