Specialty Treatments
CranioSacral
60min
$130
This is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. Available with Grace and Thea
CranioSacral
By quietly resting the hands on your skull and sacrum, the therapist evaluates your craniosacral rhythms. This in itself can create a shift in energy. Sometimes, the therapist’s hands become aware of places along the column where energy is stuck or heated. They then use the bones of the sacrum and cranium as “handles” to manipulate the deeper layers of fluid and membranes. This work can be done fully clothed.
The therapist waits and listens. You might feel a quieting down, a sinking in, and a deeper awareness. The whole idea is that the practitioner works with such gentleness and subtleness that the body itself can do the healing and necessary adjustments. A session can be described as a physically connected meditation, in which hidden information in the craniosacral system reveals itself.

What to expect in a Reiki session:If you are beginning your journey with Reiki, knowing what to expect can help you feel more at ease during your healing session.
A Reiki practitioner will typically follow the outline below during a treatment:
1. Preparing for your Reiki ExperiencePrior to arrival, you will be asked to complete an intake form. This will allow your Reiki practitioner to get to know your needs and preferences for your Reiki experience. Our staff will also be available to answer any questions you may have regarding your appointment.
2. Reiki EnvironmentBow Sanctuary treatment rooms and grounds are ideal for creating a peaceful, quiet space for your Reiki experience. The practitioner will discuss with you any areas you would like to focus on, and take time to get to know your personal goals and clarify preferences. The key is to provide an environment where you feel at ease and comfortable.
3. RelaxationDuring the session you will be fully clothed on the massage table. For your comfort, you will be offered bolsters and a blanket to maintain an optimum body temperature. You may be asked to change position during the healing for comfort or to direct healing to a specific area. You may be encouraged to breathe deeply to help relax and be more receptive to the energy flow.
4. Energy HealingThe Reiki healer will gently place their hands on or above specific areas of your body for 3 to 10 minutes. The practitioner might start at your head and work their way down the body, or they may follow their intuition by focusing on areas where they feel you need the most energy. Reiki healers may also utilize crystals to amplify the healing energy of Reiki, or use breath work to focus energy. Each Reiki professional has their own unique style, but the core of Reiki is the same: channeling healing energy to promote balance and well-being.
5. Sensations
During the session, you may feel a variety of sensations. Many people report feeling warmth or tingling where the practitioners hands are placed. Some feel a gentle pulsing or a coolness. Others might not feel anything specific, but rather a general sense of relaxation and deep calm. It is also common to experience emotions or memories surfacing, this is a normal part of the healing process and can be very therapeutic. Some people may even drift into a meditative or light sleep state, which is completely common during an energy healing.
6. Closing the Session
Towards the end of your Reiki healing, the practitioner will gently bring you back to a waking state if you have drifted off. They will likely ask you how you’re feeling and give you a few moments of privacy to fully awaken and allow your body to integrate your healing experience. You will then be given some time to share if you noticed any particular sensations or experiences. This feedback can be helpful for the practitioner to understand how the energy was received, and if there are any areas that might need more attention in future sessions. You might notice immediate effects after a session, such as a sense of peace and relaxation. Some people feel an energy boost, while others may need to rest more.
Reiki healing can lead to subtle changes overtime, improving, your overall sense of well-being, reducing stress, and helping with physical or emotional issues. Each session is a unique experience, and the effects vary from person to person. The most important thing is to relax, be open to the process, and enjoy the journey of healing and self discovery.

Vedic Astrology with Liz Durkin
60min
$130
A Vedic Astrology reading examines these celestial patterns shining light on your soul’s journey. It may reveal your gifts and talents, your challenges, your health issues, your life purpose, and your unique expression of divine consciousness.
Vedic Astrology
Vedic Astrology is the astrology of India called Jyotish, meaning the “science of light.” This language of the stars is one of light and sound and it steps down to human consciousness in the form of symbols and archetypes.
A reading requires your birth data, including date of birth, time (am/pm) and location. Time is important because it sets the foundation of the chart with the constellations rising on the Eastern horizon at the moment of your first breath. The light of these stars reflect your dharma, or life purpose and set the path of your journey year after year around the Sun. I look forward to illuminating the light of the universe that is within you!
With over three decades of deep study and practice of Vedic Astrology, Liz uncovers the celestial patterns embedded in a chart to help clients understand their true nature and right timing. This divine science, transmitted by the Ancient Seers of India more than 5,000 years ago can illuminate all aspects of a soul’s journey through life on planet earth. In an initial reading you will discuss your main planetary alignments, the major focus of this life, and what planetary periods and transits you are currently experiencing.
Areas of Specialty:
- Natal (Birth chart) provides insight into personality, strengths, weaknesses and potential life paths
- Prashna (Event) provides insight into specific questions, timing, and decision making
- Upayas (Remedial measures) provides recommendations to mitigate challenging influences and strengthen beneficial ones using gemstones, mantra, or prayer
- Medical Astrology provides insight into health related issues and timing of treatments

It involves pulse diagnosis to determine where energy is stagnated, application of a combinations of precision calibrated tuning forks on acupuncture points, muscle groups, or points of pain to disperse and balance energy in the body. Liz also uses Tibetan bowls on or above the body. This style of sound is more treatment based.Spencer Kelliher: Spencer uses crystal bowls of different frequencies on or above various chakra energy points of the body.
